RenoSpend provides a platform for homeowners to manage renovation projects, track budgets, review invoices, and connect with contractors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (documents, photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• Store, display, and process the content
• Share content with contractors you connect with
• Use content to provide and improve the Service

You represent that you have the right to upload all content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service

6. Contractor Interactions

RenoSpend is a platform that connects homeowners with contractors. We do not guarantee the quality of contractor work, and you are responsible for vetting contractors, negotiating terms, and managing your projects. RenoSpend is not a party to any agreements between you and contractors.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENOSPEND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RENOSPEND IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RenoSpend from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Michigan.

If you use RenoSpend's SMS/text messaging features, the following terms apply:

• Consent: By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages from RenoSpend for informational, transactional, and marketing purposes.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive project updates, security alerts, marketing messages, and service notifications.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or contacting us at support@renospend.com.
• Help: For assistance, reply "HELP" to any message or contact support@renospend.com.
• Carrier Compliance: RenoSpend is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) messaging. We comply with all CTIA messaging best practices and carrier guidelines.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to use SMS features to send spam, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content.
